Notice to All Students
Before checking in, you are required to have completed the health services form and fulfill your financial obligations with the business office. If you are unsure about your status with either of these two obligations, you can check your status through Web Advisor. To access your information on Web Advisor:
- Go to the Washington College home page and click on the Log In button on the top right hand side of the page.
- Click on Web Advisor on the left hand side and then click on Log In.
- Log into Web Advisor using your login ID (for instance: jdoe2) and then your password.
- Click on the "Students" bar.
- Check your financial status by clicking on "Business Office Status" under the Financial Information bar.
- Check your Health Services form status by clicking on "My Documents" under the Communication bar.

Returning Students
Returning students may check in on Sunday, August 26 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. in the Casey Academic Center Forum. Only students who have been authorized through the Student Affairs Office may return before this date.
All students MUST check in (including those living off campus) to ensure that they receive important check-in materials.
